报告摘要:The report will present an overview of research on electron transport phenomena in semiconductor nanostructures including suspended nanostructures. Firstly, there will be the discussion what suspended nanostructures with a two-dimensional electron gas are: the method of their creation and key features. Then, a brief overview of studies on how additional mechanical degrees of freedom influence electron transport in these nanostructures will be presented. Following that, an overview of various electron transport phenomena that are most evident in a suspended two-dimensional electron gas with enhanced electron-electron interaction will be provided. These phenomena will include Coulomb drag, the quantum Hall effect, ballistic and hydrodynamic regimes of electron transport, electron viscosity, and others.
